For businesses offering services on Veecu
Service Provider Agreement
Last updated 4 October 2026. Version 2026-10-04.2.
This agreement sets out how your business works with Veecu: getting verified, quoting, doing jobs, getting paid, and the standards we expect. It applies together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. The parties
This agreement is between Quanta Global Tech Ltd. (RC 2011263), 2-7 Tinuola Close, Akowonjo, Lagos, Nigeria, which operates Veecu ("Veecu"), and the business that applies to offer services on Veecu ("you", the "Service provider"). The person who applies confirms they are authorised to bind the business.
You are an independent business. Nothing in this agreement makes you or your staff Veecu's employees, partners or agents. You decide how to do the work, and you are responsible for your staff, tools, premises, licences and taxes.
2. Verification
- Give true and complete information about your business, including your CAC registration, identity documents, address and the services you offer. Keep it up to date.
- Veecu may check your details, ask for more documents, and approve or decline your application at its discretion. We may suspend your account if documents expire or information turns out to be false.
- You must hold the licences, permits and insurance needed for the services you offer.
3. Quotes
- Quote honestly, itemising parts and labour. Price only work that is needed for the reported problem.
- Veecu reviews quotes before the vehicle owner sees them and may send a quote back for changes.
- If you find more work is needed during a job, send an updated quote and wait for the vehicle owner's approval before doing it. Unapproved work is not paid.
4. Doing the job
- Do the work with reasonable skill and care, on time, using suitable parts. Tell Veecu at once if you can't do a job you've won.
- Take care of the vehicle owner's vehicle and property while it's with you. You are responsible for loss or damage caused by you or your staff.
- Honour any warranty you state on your quote.
- Add photos and notes when you mark a job ready. They help settle questions and disputes.
5. Contact and non-circumvention
- All contact with vehicle owners goes through Veecu. Vehicle owners' phone numbers are not shared. Message Veecu's operations team about access, timing or any issue.
- Do not ask vehicle owners for direct contact, direct payment or off-platform bookings, and do not accept them, for work with any vehicle owner you met through Veecu. This applies while you are on Veecu and for 12 months after you leave.
- Breaking this rule is a serious breach. Veecu may close your account and withhold commission it would have earned.
6. Payment, commission and payouts
- Vehicle owners pay Veecu, not you. Veecu collects payment on your behalf and holds it until the job is completed and confirmed, or a dispute is decided.
- Veecu keeps a commission on each completed job: a percentage of your price, shown before you send every quote. You receive your price minus commission and any adjustment Veecu has told you about.
- Payouts are sent to the account you confirmed with Veecu on Veecu's payout schedule. Confirm in the app when a payout arrives, and tell Veecu within 7 days if it hasn't.
- If a vehicle owner is refunded after a dispute decision, Veecu may deduct the refunded amount from your earnings, current or future.
- You are responsible for your own taxes, including income tax and VAT where it applies.
7. Disputes
When a vehicle owner raises a problem, the job's payout is held. Respond to Veecu's questions promptly with your evidence. Veecu decides the outcome, including partial or full refunds and whether to pay you for the job. Veecu's decision is final within the Service, but does not remove your legal rights.
8. Ratings and conduct
- Vehicle owners rate and review your work. You may reply publicly and politely. Don't post vehicle owners' personal details.
- Treat vehicle owners and Veecu staff with respect. Harassment, discrimination, fraud or threats lead to removal.
- Veecu may pause or end your access if your ratings, complaints or behaviour fall below the standards in this agreement.
9. Personal data
You receive vehicle owners' first names, vehicle details and service addresses only to do the job. Use them only for that job, keep them secure, don't share them, and delete any copies once the job and any dispute are finished. You must comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
10. Liability and indemnity
- You are responsible for the work you do and for claims arising from it, including damage to vehicles or property and injury.
- You agree to cover Veecu's reasonable losses and costs from claims caused by your breach of this agreement, your work, or your staff's actions.
- Veecu's total liability to you under this agreement is limited to the commission Veecu earned from your jobs in the 3 months before the claim, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
11. Ending the agreement
You can close your business account at any time from Account in the app. Veecu can end this agreement with notice, or immediately for serious breach. Money owed for completed jobs is paid after any open disputes are settled. Sections 5, 6, 9 and 10 continue to apply after the agreement ends.
12. Changes, law and contact
Veecu may update this agreement. Significant changes are shown in the app for you to agree to before you continue. The laws of Nigeria apply; disputes go first to mediation at the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse, then to the courts of Lagos State.
