Last updated 4 October 2026. Version 2026-10-04.2.

The admin console gives access to vehicle owners' and service providers' personal data and to money. This policy sets the rules for using it, and explains what Veecu records about staff activity.

  • Open records only when your work needs it. Looking up people for personal reasons, curiosity or anyone else's benefit is forbidden.
  • Don't copy personal data out of the console, including screenshots, exports or personal notes, except through approved exports for an approved purpose. Store approved exports only in Veecu's company systems.
  • Use the console's own tools for contact. Don't contact vehicle owners or service providers from personal phones or accounts.
  • Money actions (refunds, payouts) follow the approval rules in the console. Never split amounts or work around a second approval.
  • Sign out on shared devices, and lock your device when you step away.

4. Reporting problems

5. What Veecu records about you

  • Your name, work email, role and when access was given or changed.
  • Every sign-in and session, with time, IP address and device information.
  • Every change you make in the console, with the time, the record changed, your reason where one is asked for, and the result. These audit records cannot be edited or deleted.
  • Veecu uses these records to keep the platform secure, investigate problems and meet legal duties. They are kept for up to 2 years, or longer if needed for an investigation or legal claim. You can ask to see records about you.

6. Breaches of this policy

Access can be suspended at any time to protect users or investigate. Misuse can lead to removal of access, disciplinary action, ending of your contract and, where the law is broken, referral to the authorities.
